After sharing our full party on my blog, I had a lot of people asking where I ordered everything from, so I rounded up all of my favorite Amazon finds in one place! These are the actual decorations, accessories, and party extras I used throughout the party — including some of my favorite budget-friendly finds that made a huge impact in photos.

1. Personalized Gabby’s Dollhouse Display

This ended up being one of my favorite details from the entire party. I used my daughter’s toy dollhouse as the centerpiece for our entry table and added little custom “Maddie” cutouts throughout the house featuring photos of her at different ages throughout her life to make it feel extra personalized and magical. It was such a fun way to reuse toys as party decor while creating something that felt completely unique to her.

2. Giant Gabby’s Dollhouse Character Cutouts

These giant  character cutouts ended up being one of the biggest statement pieces at the party. I placed them throughout the house to make the entire setup feel immersive and playful for the kids. Gabby greeted guests right at the front entrance, Mercat (Maddie’s favorite!) was displayed by the entryway table, Cakey was part of the dessert setup, and the other characters were scattered throughout the party space to make every area feel fun and themed.

The set came with multiple large characters and honestly made such a huge impact for the price. They were lightweight, easy to set up, and looked adorable in photos — especially for little character “meet and greet” moments throughout the party.

3. Gabby’s Dollhouse Balloon Garland Kit

I used three of these balloon garland kits throughout the party to make the whole setup feel colorful, cohesive, and very “Gabby’s Dollhouse.” I used one above the cake table, one along the staircase in the entryway, and another outside as an archway when guests arrived.

I absolutely loved the colors in this kit — the bright pinks, teals, purples, and soft pastels matched the party theme perfectly and photographed so beautifully throughout the day.

The balloons were great quality, easy to work with, and made such a huge impact throughout the party space. I blew them up myself using a balloon pump, and it honestly ended up being one of the best ways to create a high-impact party setup without spending a fortune.

This may sound like a lot of work, but balloon garlands actually last surprisingly well once they’re assembled. I usually start working on mine sometime during the week before the party so I’m not rushing to do everything the night before.

I’ll often make one or two sections at a time in the evenings and store them in my basement where they won’t get popped or disturbed by little hands. Then, the night before the party, I hang everything up so it’s ready to go the next morning.

I typically use the thin white balloon ribbon that comes with most balloon kits along with simple push pins to hang them up. It’s an easy way to secure the garlands without damaging the walls, and it makes setup so much less stressful on party day.

4. Sprinkle Backdrop & Matching Tablecloths

One of my favorite ways to make the party feel cohesive was using matching sprinkle-patterned backdrops and table coverings throughout the setup. The soft pink colors and colorful sprinkles fit the  theme perfectly and made the dessert table feel bright, playful, and photo-ready.

I loved how these simple details tied together all of the colorful balloon garlands and decorations without needing a super elaborate setup. They were an easy way to make the entire party space feel more immersive while still staying budget-friendly.

5. Gabby’s Dollhouse Party Favor Box Fillers

For party favors, I made little character-themed souvenir boxes for each of the kids and filled them with simple activities and treats that fit the  theme.

Inside each box, I included mini Play-Doh containers and  tattoos, which ended up being such an easy and affordable favor idea for younger kids. I loved choosing items that the kids could actually play with during the party instead of just taking home.

The bright colors of the Play-Doh matched the party perfectly, and the little tattoos were a huge hit with the kids.

6. Cat Ear Headbands for Guests

These little cat ear headbands were such a fun interactive detail for the party and ended up being a huge hit with the kids. I had them displayed on the entryway table next to our personalized “Maddie’s Dollhouse” setup so each child could grab a pair as they arrived and “step into” the party.

I especially loved this detail because in , Gabby always puts on her cat ears before heading into her dollhouse adventures. It felt like such a cute and simple way to make the kids feel like they were entering their own little Gabby’s Dollhouse world for the day.

7. Outdoor Playhouse for the Kids

One unexpected hit during the party was our outdoor playhouse. The kids spent so much time playing in and around it throughout the day, and it ended up being such a great way to keep the younger kids entertained while the adults visited and relaxed nearby.

The exact playhouse we originally purchased is no longer available, but I linked a few similar options that have the same cozy cottage feel and work perfectly for imaginative play.

Looking back, I think it would have been so cute to add a matching balloon garland or a few themed decorations to the playhouse to tie it even more into the  theme!

If you’re hosting a birthday party with lots of younger kids, having a designated play area like this honestly makes such a difference.

8. Electric Balloon Pump

Since I created multiple balloon garlands throughout the party, an electric balloon pump was absolutely worth having. It made setup so much faster and saved my hands from hours of blowing up balloons manually.

I usually start assembling my balloon garlands during the week leading up to the party and store them in my basement until it’s time to hang everything up the night before.

9. Gabby’s Dollhouse Toys & Plush Characters

One of my favorite budget-friendly decorating tips is incorporating toys we already own into the party decor. Not only does it save money, but it also makes the party feel extra special and personal for your child.

We used several of Maddie’s favorite  toys and plushies throughout the setup, and they doubled as fun toys for the kids to play with during and after the party.

One thing I wish I would have done was add tiny little party hats to some of Maddie’s  plushies throughout the party setup. One of my mom friends suggested it during the party, and I thought that would have been the cutest little extra detail. It would be such a fun and easy way to make character plushies feel even more festive and tied into the celebration.

10. My Robot Vacuum (The Real MVP During Party Prep)

As much as I love the crafting and decorating side of party prep, keeping the house clean beforehand is honestly the hardest part for me. Between three kids, two dogs, and living out in the country, it feels like there’s constantly dirt, dust, crumbs, and little messes being tracked through the house no matter how often I vacuum.

My robot vacuum has genuinely become one of the biggest unsung heroes during party prep week. I can have it running while I’m crafting decorations, setting up balloon garlands, wrapping favors, or cleaning other areas of the house, and it helps me stay on top of the everyday mess without feeling completely overwhelmed.

If you host parties often — especially with kids and pets — this is one household item that has absolutely been worth it for our family.
